High Point (PGA Village)
Located in the exclusive Enclave community of PGA Village, High Point is the second largest home in St. Lucie County. The modern marvel is owned by the Goschke's who recently took over the property. Our first step of the process was to remove over 10 dump truck loads of vegetation from the property. Once completed, we began the process of re-landscaping the entire exterior.
The renovations included extensive landscape and irrigation design to fulfill the vision of the homeowners. The concept of the landscaping was intended to create focal points around the various sculptures created by artist Gil Bruvel. One of the most important aspects of the project was to light the landscape; allowing guests to enjoy the scenery at any time of the day.
